Instaku is a cloud-based educational technology software platform (SaaS). All products, plans, and credit packs purchased on our platform are electronic digital services used to generate curriculum-aligned questions, interactive quiz games, educational diagrams, and lesson plans.

2. Delivery Method

• Electronic Delivery: All purchases are provisioned directly to your registered Instaku user account in the cloud.
• Zero Physical Shipping: Because our services are entirely digital, there are no physical goods, parcels, or postal/courier shipments involved in any order.
• Shipping Fees: Since there is no physical handling or logistics, there are zero shipping or handling fees (₹0.00) on any purchase.

3. Delivery Timeline & Access

• Instantaneous Delivery: Purchased credit packages are delivered to your account immediately (typically within 0 to 5 seconds) after payment authorization by Razorpay.
• Email Receipt: A digital transaction receipt and payment confirmation are sent to your registered account email immediately following successful checkout.
• Availability: Once credits are provisioned, you can access and utilize them 24/7 across any supported desktop or mobile browser.

4. Delayed or Failed Delivery

In rare instances where a bank or payment gateway network delay prevents instant account synchronization:

• Please refresh your browser window and check your updated balance in your account dashboard.
• If your payment was debited but credits fail to appear within 15 minutes, email our support team at hello@instaku.com with your Razorpay Payment ID.
• Our operations team will verify the gateway ledger and manually provision your credits within 24 business hours, or issue a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
